Anywhere to download 'The Burning Crusade' for a fee?

Sadly there isn't, i've been told this too but it must be US only
Hmm thats how I did it.
I think this option presents itself when at the beginning of the TBC installation. Before any files are actually copied (1%).
You then have to click Upgrade or Skip, the latter being the correct option if you already registered for TBC on a previous installation

I reccomend www.gamers-loot.net They will probably get a chinese person to call you up to verify first purchase, not that theres anything wrong with that. Except they didnt speak english to me
