Yhack from this very forum created it. Always up and always fast. Unlike imageshack etc. Although you can only upload and not put a url in.

it automatically saves your most recent uploads, you dont need to make an acount, and it has a resize feature.

Both are fail imo.
Imageshack is crap and slow, and Photobucket is becoming bloated so much it'll explode.
Plenty of others have already been suggested.
