It remains the same. If I come off a night shift at 0700 and eat bacon and eggs before going to bed, it's still breakfast, not supper.
If I eat a feed of spuds after getting out of bed just before going to work, it's still dinner, not breakfast.
It's quite simple.
Breakfast (Morning), Dinner (12pm - 2pm), Tea (4-7pm), Supper (Before you go to bed).

So in 10 minutes when I go down the chippy it's actually breakfast?![]()
What if you eat all through the night, and carry on eating into the morning? Then if you stop eating at say 11am and 'fast' over the afternoon - surely 'breakfast' would be your evening meal, but not nessesarily the first of that day
Breakfast is a meal within a couple of hours of waking. You could be up all day and not eat till 6pm. That wouldn't be breakfast. But if you just woke up at 5pm, then it would
Negative.nah breakfast is the first and most important meal of the day, so if you worked night shift it's likely to be in the evening.
