Very cool, wouldnt actually be too hard to build either if you had the space for it :) Ue an old E36 or something as the car.
 
Thankgod I am not the only one thinking that.

If I had an M3 the last thing I would think about doing is putting a driving simulator game in it.

It's not a real car? In that case I retract my post, well apart from the fact he can't drive properly.

I have had a go in something similar back in 2000-1 or something, but was a mondeo touring car with sequential gear shift, was really good at the time, think it was based on toca 2 or something, shame I only got 3 laps in it.
