Good idea methinks. And about time, as the minister suggests, the law does need to catch up to the times and be more modern.
I think the BPI have gone on record saying they wouldn't bother prosecuting people who make a copy of a CD for their iPod etc saying they were only interested in going after people who share songs or try to make money from music that isn't theirs.
