Wide arches on the Evo. yes or no?

At one point proton owned mitsu (or the other way round)

My housemate has a proton persona something, and it looks similar to an evo 3:p
 
Hey I like that smoothed version :)

Hate : yes proton persona is pretty much same body, they used mitsi's tools etc after they finished with them from memory.

Evo 1-3 engine+tranny goes in without to much bother if hes after more poke :p

I say do it, bolt them on and wear them with pride...looks really aggressive imo.
 
All well and good until you hit a bump hard enough to mess up the arches!!

It will look rather odd, very different, but i dont know, i kind of like it.

Damn straight you sixxy monkey, they look awesome just perched on the side, they are there to do theyre job, not look pretty!

Edit: At most smooth the rivets holes over, paint em up and attatch them from inside the wing, a cleaner look but still agressive.

it might just be me but in the first pic in thread with the bolt on arches looks like they overlap rear doors?? Might not its just i cant see a gap between them at all from that angle.

Yes no rear doors with these suckers on :D

The arches are actually after market 240z ones :) £150 all in
