How much are these worth? (BMW Wheels)

Got a set of these to sell, 8x18" and MINT, not a mark on them. Only thing thats missing is the ///M badge (the small one) as they were jet washed off!

No tyres though

I have no idea how much these are worth, thought you budding BMW specialists (Fox etc) would be able to help me add a value!

Are they fake? The genuine ones should be larger at the back.

They are all 8Jx18, but have BMW stamped on the insides, 4 of the same maybe? (rears/fronts?)

I'm afraid they are worth next to nothing then - the next owner won't get his much sought allocation of //M points with them

Genuines will have a stamp on the inside of the spokes, but also a number stamped (can't remember which number - think it might be 19) near to where the M logo should be. You should have a part number as well as BMW stamped on the rear of the spokes.

I paid £450 for a set of genuine MV2s (with the larger rears) with good quality tires with about 4-5mm of tread. I don't think those are genuine and I think you'll get around £250 for the set if you're lucky. eBay tends to throw a few nice surprises with these though and they look to be in good condition too.

No, the MV2's were fitted to Sport model BMW's from new, all of which had wider rears.

Nothing to stop them being ordered from a BMW Parts department though.

Possible, but probably 100 times more likely that they are replicas which cost about £250 brand new for a set.

My thoughts.

BMW M Badges tend to be pretty resistant to pressure washers - Quality control & all that.

Ah, think the wheels are replica's after looking at the picture above!

Useful to know, i'll see how much they make on eBay.
