It's blinking freezing in my room :( at 7:45am

But my CPU loves it. :D

I'm only using the cooler that came with the Q6600. I'd have never believe the temp in a room could make such a big difference.

Yeah I'm after getting better cooling but it's darn cramped inside my Antec Fusion case. If space wasn't an issue I'd have bought a Tuniq Tower 120 CPU Cooler because what I've read makes them sound like they were made by God himself.

My Q6600 at 3.6 Is idliing at 33 C today, sadly thats only cores 2,3 and 4. Core 1 is 37, Im gonna lap it today and see if it improves.

I worked in an office during the summer and I used to get in and turn the PC on (bloody freezing summer we had over here) and the CPU temp in coretemp would be 17C moving up to low 20s. That was just a E6320 with a noctua HSF though overclocked to 3Ghz.

(yes I got to build my own office computer, boss wanted a gaming pc but let me use it while I was working there)

No danger of that in England :p

Some summers we've being competition for places like spain ;), but just like GPU's as you raise the res the older GPU gets lower FPS thats how it is in the UK, the further into the year the lower it gets whilst places like spain maintain there temperatures for longer :(.
