8800 gts power cable vs corsair pci-e cable

Hey simple question ive been using the power cable for the 8800 which has 2 power connectors that connect to 2 power connectors on my corsair psu. However i know there is pci e cable that i can connect from psu to the graphic card which is just 1 cable so doesnt require the 2 power cables to be connected to it.

So my question is which one is the best to use? the 2 power cable thing that came with 8800 or the pci-e one that came with psu.

The one that came with the PSU would be better as it wouldn't clutter your case up with so many cables. In terms of stability though it makes no difference.
