I know people I sick of hearing about the VM rants, but If I don't do it on here, I'll start ranting at work...
Right, last week I was experiencing a 16mb drop during peak and thought this was normal as they said I would get drops during peak, anyway, I'm on a 20mb connection and the next day, ran a speed test and came back as download - 2mb
and everyday i run this test it varies from 512kbs - 4mb, no higher, during peak and about a few hours before or after peak.
Anyway, yesterday they sent an engineer out to my house to test the broadband, and they ran the test at about 12.30pm and was displaying 16mb and said it seems fine, yet I told them during peak times (4pm-midnight) so when i got home, i kicked off at the geeza on the technical department. He then said he will send someone to check my Network. I asked how can he do that by MY machine as it is NOTHING to do with my PC or my broadband box, it's THEIR server. He even admitted I was on the wrong server. He then tried to move me to the 'correct' server where i lost connection altogether.
Engineer came out today, ran yet ANOTHER speed test and couldnt check the network
How god damn stupid!!!!!!!!
How can i get out of VM without paying???
