This new Base station is actually quite cool from the looks and sounds of it... but I'm happy plugging in my external HDD once a week

Save that ££ for something else

wasn't there a rumour that the 1.1.3 cannot be revert back to 1.1.2? Therefore Jailbreaking it will be a "route to no return"

I suppose, technically, but pre-configured for Time Machine. It's probably less accessible than a NAS.
