N82 or N95 8gb (thanks o2)

Thanks to the delights of o2 and their customer services, i have got the n95 8gb winging its way to me when Nokia release it to them but in the mean time i have had unfaithful thoughts...

Would the n82 be better than the n95? Better flash, yes but are the units comparable in terms of GPS and other such features?

Help please!

They are 2 very similar phones apart from N82 is slightly better at taking pictures. Choice is yours whether you prefer sliders or candybar form factor.

I love the N82 after having an N80 with slider function. Slider was a pain in the rear !!

I am in love with my n82 after just 4 days, its just brilliant, I havent found anything (apart from tiny little quirks) I dont like about it yet.

Go for the N95 8Gb if you want a decent sized screen or the N82 if the camera phone is more important for you. The slider on the N95 8Gb is fine (whereas the original N95 was pretty poor). Essentially they are the same phones internally. Personally I prefer the 8Gb, I like the big screen and think it looks much better in general.

The n95 8Gb should have better battery life as well.as the n95 8gb has a bigger battery then the n82...

(but with the n95 having a bigger screen it may drain the battery faster)

I have an N95 8gb and I love it. Nothing at all wrong with it and does everythign I want it to. (only had it a week).

They have both been released for some time.

Yeah, having been promised it by Nokia for the 14th Jan, they've now saying the release is on 21st Jan... Grrr! Managed to get a 400 min 1000 texts for £25 plus phone for free. Only cos they mistakenly offered it to me and so then they had to stick by there offer... HA HA HA!!! I love o2!

I was issued one today, should arrive on monday, so don't take that (I had to call back 2-3 times over the last week until someone finally seemed to accept it today).

Ha ha... SO it arrives courtesy of those darlings at o2, of course only once they had tried to con me out of giving it to me by saying the deal was only valid for 7 days...

It is beautiful... More settings than CERN though!
