Well yer man! I never did like that jack harkness fella but the beeb have thrown a lot of our money at it, so I'm hoping it turns out to be good. That lead female actor for some reason I find very attractive :o
 
Anyone watching the first of the new series? Doesnt seem too bad so far just going to be more of the same which isnt a bad thing
 
Should be interesting when Martha's back in it - think the episode on BBC3 tonight is episode 2.

it seemed to be very gay, last season it was 'is jack gay, isn't he gay?' then in the first episode he kisses another bloke, and arranges a date with whats his name.

i don't have a problem with gay people, or open gayness of TV shows - but this just didn't seem to fit well with the program, jacks character has lots some depth and it was all done in a very cheap way.

Jack is bi, he was in Dr. Who and is in Torchwood, there was some comment explaining it in one of the Dr. Who episodes. That thing with Yanto came out of nowhere though, he had a girlfriend last season.

I don't think there was any question about him swinging both ways, he's in love with both the doctor and that welsh chick after all, amongst others. I reckon the date with the secretary dude was a rebound thing.

It was very, very gay though that episode :D

I thought it was implied last season that he was having a thing with Ianto...something about being in an office with a stopwatch?
 
I thought last nights episode was awesome, as has been mentioned though it was very very gay. I have no issue with Jack being a love sick bi-sexual time travelling weirdo, it just seemed out of place in the episode a little. It's kinda like John Barrowman in real life, he seems to feel the need to ensure everyone knows he is gay where ever he goes.
 
Torchwood is awesome and the campness makes it more funny. :p

Welsh chick is so hot but she would need to not speak at all. :D
 
It's alright, when watching the first episode it made me cringe so much, second was far better.
