If you've been married along time and you've never given your wife cause to mistrust you before, just tell her. Maybe do it in a jokey not to serious 'you'll never believe what happened at work' kind of way.

If its playing on your mind then you should obviously talk to some about. You should know if you have been married for a while how your wife would take it if you told her and decide from there.
 
Imo:

You are feeling bad because you were offered no strings kinky sex with a hot young lass and you said no, because of your wife. You:
a) Are regretting that decision because you would probably have been able to get away with the deed, and its not like you went out of your way to cheat
b) Have realised you are completely whipped and in a long term relationship over which you have little or no control

Other than those two reasons, i can see no reason for you not shrugging this off as anything other than what it was. Nor can i see any reason for you not telling your wife as soon as it happened.
 
When you first got there did she do the opening of the door in just a dressing gown saying 'Sorry, just got out of the shower' line while having a face full of make-up? If so, you should have known full well what was coming ;)

Dare I suggest a part of you was tempted? If so thats your animal side mate. Stick a juicy steak in front of a dog and it will go through two processes. It will like what it sees, but further it will start tucking in.

As a human, you still have a animal side. As a man, you see a attractive woman and a bit of animal instinct kicks in. The old mating instinct. However you didn't tuck in. Your human side was stronger (by miles it sounds) and you declined the offer. You did the right thing and did nothing to encourage that situation to arise.

Tell your wife everything and I am pretty sure it will be a funny tale for you to laugh about. But further, your wife will know you what choice you made.

You feel guilty because part of you went hell yes ! and you so would have, dont let it worry you its natural, in humans monogomous relationships are not natural anyways. You walked away so your in the clear, so worry not, I know what you mean I got hit on by a quite rediculously hot woman the other day, I said no of course I love my gf to bits, but part of me thought, god yes I so would if I could,lol, its not disrespectful to my gf, its just natural that if a very hot woman wanted a bloke, bloke will always either jump on them or say no, due to the fact they have a gf/wife.

So yeah in short, dont beat yourself up, u did the right thing, if a hot stud went up to your wife, she would react the same way as u, drool abit, think if was single she would, but she would do nothing as shes with u, simple as that.

People dont stop becoming attractive just because your taken.
 
Personally I'd tell her and this is coming from someone who's had experience of this type of stuff all the time.
I've been a music entertainer since I was 12 and even now at a ripe old age of 49 I still get some amazing sexual offers from both women & men.
It doesn't help that band members tell lies about my sexuality or what I'm willing to get up to.
At one gig one woman bought a bag of sexy underwear for me because she was told I like to dress up for sex :)
I've had many couples who want me to join in and even girls as old as my daughters who want to put a show on for me.
It just goes to show what alcohol can do to people and I always say no.
I also tell my wife everything and she always comes out with the standard reply of "They can have you if they want, mind you, you'd run off".
 
Mate, you did the right thing she clearly has problems and you can't guarantee that she wouldn't cry rape to get attention after you had done the business. Short version: women are nutty
