crysis...help im stuck in cave

ok so now im stuck, i cannot for the life of me find the way out, just running well floating around killing the aliens trying to find way out, any tips anyone pleaseeeeeeeeee
 
Wait until you are in a large room, with lot of those aliens coming at you. That cave is rather large, float up towards the top. You should hear a radio message.

cave dodgy place hard to get out of place been here long enough im going crazy all the same to me now, i tell ya wen i stopped playing and went to normal screen my eyes swirling !!
 
could you please tell us the name of the level and roughly how far in you are. if it is core and you are stuck in a big room just after you have seen the big alien crawling up the wall, then try scouting about the floor, there are some gaps, go through them. there are forcefields which stop you getting through. wait a minute and they will deactivate, then go though them.

post a few screenshots, it'll help us a bit.
 
im stuck at core, i found radio and can use it but nothing happens, ive gone thro all force fields, killed all aliens, gone back over footsteps, seems like im trapped, this is the most annoying level !!!!
 
Once you have heard the radio, and killed them all you should be able to see a sort of orange 'portal'.. its those transport things that you may have seen the aliens be transported in before... or at least seen them zip into.

Walk into it.

It may be over quickly but I found it far more frustrating than Core. At least on Core I could use decent weapons and maneuver myself somewhat well, two things I feel let the VTOL mission down.
 
I enjoyed that level, i thought it was imaginative and interesting, with some amazing visuals to boot. I think i got disorientated once and had to back track through a tube into the previous room but other than that i sailed through it with no problems. I don't get how people find those kinds of levels hard.
 
man, i liked every level of crysis, even core which is still the worst level imo, but i still enjoyed it. and it wasn't because of graphics - i was playing on low/medium (most on low)
 
Smash all the spike things by shooting them. Thats what i did. I though they affected mavity or something.

What i should have done instead was load a save from the second level and done some exploring instead
