Gym achievements

My PB's so far

95kg bench
30kg DB shoulder press
120kg squat for 10
145kg DL for 5
120kg SLDL for 10

I'm dissapointed in my bench because i want to have 3 digits in all the major lifts. Long way to go for me though, i want SOMETHING at 200kg by the end of the year, although it'll just end up being calf raises probably lol

EDIT Also my favoutite achivement is 27" thighs (not totally lean sadly but close) which is 1 inch less than my training partners waist hehehe

Yeah I'm feeling my traps today, but I might try a bit more of a shrugging action at the end (on lighter (130 ish) sets).

I'm lucky I've got stretchy thick mediterranean skin! ;) :D

Aye thats good going Freefaller.

My lifts havent increased at all, apart from chins, they've all decreased. But i've progressed in a different way...less body fat!

Was at 15 stone and i've managed to shed 8lbs and i feel so much better for it :)

I'm aiming for 14stone in the next 8 weeks, don't even care about the strength loss tbh, muscle definition is so much more attractive than bulky mass imo. Fat is my enemy at the moment lol.

Really impressive lifting Freefaller, no questions there.

I adopted a slightly wider squat stance yesterday as I felt like hitting the hamstrings a little more and they are pretty tender today. Ah well, some more squats tomorrow should do the trick!

You can increase your vascularity with high rep work, just depends if you can be bothered doing it or not.

Great sesh today. Only been back lifting heavy since just before christmas. Benched 140 today, only 5kg below my best ever. Hoping to get over 160 sometime this year. Last year was a bad year for me in the gym (injuries and lack of self belief), but this year i am going to turn it all around.

Looking for 200/160/250 in the big 3.

I've been going to the gym for about a month.
Age 16 - 71kg

I managed to do 5 reps of 80kg benchpress saturday. Havent been since, but that's my personal best.

Started off at 40kg and i'm now able to do twice as much. Although i never tried to do 80 when i started, i know for a fact i wouldn't have been able to. Probably would have struggled with 5 reps of 50 :p

Was quite pleased. :)

What's the WR for benchpress or just lifting in general. ( Not sure what it's called, stood up and getting the weight above your head )

Fairplay man... Thats Really good.

Yah man.

22, 12st 10lbs, looking for the 145K Bench.

 That would be really impressive, that'd be 1.8x your weight. I'd love to achieve 140kg flat bench this year, but even that would only be under 1.5x my bodyweight, as well as over 100kg incline - I guess that's the problem when you get heavier, to be able to keep the ratio of wait lifted constant.
