RIP Halton McCollin

I really hate how bad the gun crime is getting here. Lately it seems to have died down a little bit but I really feel for you, knowing a victim of it - especially as it seems he wasn't involved in anything bad.

Bloody hell, another one! RIP.

When are the police going to start earning their pay and do something about this crap? It seems like a day doesn't go by without some report of an innocent person being knifed, shot or beaten to death.

It does seem that way but I see quite a lot of Police activity around here (Salford) and since there was a shootout less than half a mile from the police station things have been stepped up and there has been a bit of a reduction in crime - it certainly feels a lot safer to walk about.

she has just said shes glad she had the chance to tell him he was the best friend she ever had, and one of the last things he ever said to her was that she was the only girl he'd really ever care about

i feel so useless, i suddenly cant think of anything to say to her
