Kinda bored with Eve right now. Just seem to be grinding all the time for one thing or another... i just don't have the time to earn the money to fly effective ships these days. You get out of Eve what you put in and I just don't have the time to put into it... I'd love Eve to just be like armageddon on test server all the time. Log-on fit out a ship without worrying about money and just go and kill stuff.

Finally got my Nighthawk last night \o/
Then realised that I didn't have the ISK to kit it out properly as i've not been playing much the last few months and as such my capital has dwindled...
So now I have a half T2 fitted no rigged NH.... woo!
Time to grind some iskies in the Raven for a bit... BAH

Nice! Last message I saw was they were hoping for it to go live Monday, I missed my 8 million SP's in Leadership
It is basically the Drake but better.
Nigh on impervious mission running passive tank using cheap T2 components.
While also sporting more dps.
It is the lazy mans mission running ship.

Aye, that's what I heard too, just come off though because it was as laggy as hell.

I think that used to be the case, but more recently it seems everything I looked at, the prices were a lot higher than that.

Well I have only just today gotten my first cap ship kill, despite having lived in 0.0 for 6 months and returned to lowsec where I've been for the last 4 or 5 months.
We were out in a mid sized hac/bc sized gang about for a roam when reports come in of a carrier outside a pos shield onlining stuff. The pos being mostly unarmed, we decided to give it a go but it seems the carrier was aligned and got out. We hang out a bit incapacitate the guns and try to work out a pos ransom, initially 250 million and then worked down to 150 million, nothing but vaguley disguised threats of "consequences", presumably more capitals. A heavier gang is gathered and is positioned outside of system to stay and wait. We eventially decide to take down the pos too back up our threat and to see if the pos owner would back up his (bear in mind 30 or 40 minutes had pased by this time with the owner obviously stalling), most of the gang heads back to hq to get ships for sieging with some staying behind to keep an eye on things. When we get back home 3 other carriers are cynoed in
eek: ) and we refit for carrier killing. They start repairing the ancored mods outside the shields and anchoring more. We head back and the rest is history.
3 dead carriers (1 made it back into the forcefield), another attempt was made to ransom the pos, this time at 500 million, which was also refused. Resulting in a reinforced pos.

I've just returned to playing eve after along time so i got a new char going, I have a problem tho, during the week I live in a flat which has wireless from accross the road where the landlod lives, good signal etc. But since using eve down here I cant get logged in, the loading bar freezes at 'loading bulk data' and then after a cuple mins a message saying connection to server lost. I've looked on eve site and cant seem to find much to fix that i havent tryed, so thought Id try here see if anyone else has come accross this.

you've tried clearing the cache and re-installing the game completely?
some people have problems with eve and various ISPs, Tiscali and Virgin Media ADSL rings a bell so if its either of those ISPs or one of a few others you could be in trouble.
