this is my first character so i havent got a clue what most things mean, and atm only on a trial account so dont even have the instruction booklet to look at :p

Is anyone from the guild on now as I need to kill my US Orc Hunter lvl 8 and start afresh but could do with some armour, new bow etc etc etc

Just delete the US copy and start again from your new Battlechest DVD's - will be a pain to update - but the Blizzard downloader should be quite fast as there are no patches out right now for loads of people to gobble up bandwidth!

I wouldn't worry about gear to much that early - if you were only level 8 on your US trial account you can probs get back to that in a couple of hours on new proper account, and you should get some drops and quest rewards that will improve you. You'll be skipping through levels so fast that any gear is superseeded quickly anyhow.

Main thing to grab from the guild bank is bags as they make things so much easier early on :)

Cheers man....I created a new character and absolutely hammered through the quests I hasd previously done and have crated a much better character now I think! I also seem to have a lot more money than I did before which is strange.
Also - one one of the missions I had where I had to kill tigers and get their fur I killed one and found a plan on it for chain mail armour?! :eek: Rather strange thing for a tiger to have really! Mind you flogged it and got some cash so it's all good!
Currently on lvl 8 close to 9. I think I really need to look at the armour that I'm wearing as I'm not sure if it's helping me at all...

Your welcome.

And like I said - don't panic too much about armour at your level - it doesn't really make 'that' much difference. Once you get to late teens start to run a few of the instances - contained dungeons jsut for the party you're in - and you'll start to get nice stuff :)

I take it that just enables you to carry more stuff around with you? Where is the guild bank and how can I get there?

Yea more bags = more space. The guild bank is usually around the bankers in the major cities.

In Undercity, its in the centre and you need to click on the skull type things to open the guild bank.

lol - no idea where that is. Is it on the map? How long will it take to get there from Razor Hill?
 
Run directly north to get to orgrimmar which is the main city on the Kalimdor continent. Speak to any guard once you are inside to get locations of things as it's quite big. The auction house is also there, keep all your green drops (and any gathered items like herbs and skins etc) in your new bags and make a trip back to org every now and again to whack them on the AH and make some money.
 
Or - make an extra character jsut for the AH and just sit him at the mailbox - then from your main character you can just mail items to him to bung on Auction House - saves you running abck and forth.

This is more for later levels though when you don't head back to the capital cities that often, and they are quite a trek away!

Hi guys

I've got a few characters on EU-Outland (played most classes) and fancy a change every now and again... So what class do you want me to roll? Whats needed? Assuming you don't raid anything big...? How about instances, what classes do you usually need? :)

(leveled hunter, priest, shammy, 2x paladin to 70, most other classes to 35/40 - i guess a hybrid like a druid might be best?)

How progressed is EU-ShatteredHalls? I've been raiding Hyjal (cleared) and Black Temple on my Paladin as EU-Outland is quite progressed... :D
 
We desperately need tanks, at the minute Nohawk only and Bigovsbigsox are active ones. We probably have an overabundance of priests, definitely got a lot of warlocks. Need hunters, rogues and magis.
