Who Fancies Everton's Chances Tonight?

Can anyone provide verification that the runner up gets a route into the UEFA cup if the winner is in the Champions League? I know that hasn't been the case in the past.

I'd like to see Everton win it just because I think it'll be a better final. The sensible person inside me thinks Chelsea will walk it though.
 
Everton fan here, I really hope we nick a win but I'm just not sure we'll be able to do it being 2-1 down. Had we come away from Stamford bridge at 1-1 then yeah, but I reckon Chelsea will just keep us out. 0-0 draw is my prediction.

Although if we get to the final I can easily see it going either way, especially after how we comfortably beat spurs earlier this season.
 
Everton are being disgracefully outcheered by chelsea's awful chants, none of them consist of more than 4 syllables.
 
Everton have been woefull tonight.
5 or 6 passes when 1 will do, they have been labored, unimaginative and any manager who thinks sticking 4ft nothing Andy johnson up front on his own and then hitting long balls for him to battle for is a good game plan should be sacked.
 
Dull game. Everton knocked it about well, but as soon as they got close to the penalty area they all got nose bleeds and didn't know what to do.

Don't understand why they played one man up top, especially when its Andy Johnson.
 
Am devastated.. Still wish I'd managed to get a ticket though..

Really thought we had a good chance of winning tonight though. We missed our African players.. Although I was impressed by Manny, about time we had a bit more class in midfield!

Bring on the UEFA! :D

Just got back well gutted, i think we had the best of the game we just lacked any kind of finishing and Moyes got it wrong with AJ. But lets face the club has come on leaps and bounds in the recent the years and the only wy we can go is up. We don't have mega £s but are currently amoung the big spending clubs in the top, so i'm still happy

I find it ironic you are referring to us as bitters and you are showing what is wrong with Kopites. Instead of being disappointed only London teams are let in and no one is representing the NW, you are happy about it. Great local pride
 
It would have been a far more interesting final had Everton won - Tottenham dont stand a chance when Drogba, Essien and the like are back from the ACoN

I'm confused by this sorry? The runner-up doesn't get into Europe if the Winner is already there? The spot goes to 7th place doesn't it? :confused:

By that tune should you not support Chester then? Or Tranmere? They are more local than Everton to you :)

Actually only moved to Frodsham in the past 5 years, i used to live in Huyton. But having said that i have been to Chester City matches and i have sat in the Kop. I like to see Man U win the league and generally north west teams do well as shows we are the centre of the country for football.
