A minor point but one that gnaws away at me: Why can't people spell "LOSE" correctly online these days?

The amount of times "LOOSE" is used is shocking.

Yes, I am aware posting on the internet is not the same as taking an English exam but even so...

I think its all about striking a nice balance between the grammar Nazis and being able to spell. There's no real excuse for spelling mistakes with spellcheckers built into browsers, but a grammar faux pas can be excused once in a while surely?
