It's more than just bug fixes. There's a few design changes in there as well.
For instance, it actually upgrades the kernel to a very similar one that Windows Server 2008 uses. You can read that as a NT 6.1 kernel which has had 2 years more improvements done to it over what Vista is currently running on today.
Is it going to be any different to SP1 RC1? after losing 10fps in games (minimum...ive lost more in most games..) just by installing vista...id like that 10fps back or im going back to XP by the end of feb.
