So im still on work one, reasons for following this is its all things that can be done at home, as id rather do work outs at home, and its very easy to follow his videos. I've reduced the reps on someof the first week video journal to 15 rather than 20 and i've been doing that for the past week. What do you guys think of this workout guide?
