Hey, i've recently started following the work out journal on http://www.iwantsixpackabs.com/my_video_journal.html

So im still on work one, reasons for following this is its all things that can be done at home, as id rather do work outs at home, and its very easy to follow his videos. I've reduced the reps on someof the first week video journal to 15 rather than 20 and i've been doing that for the past week. What do you guys think of this workout guide?
 
that plan/diet works well, but its tough to stick to it. Dont reduce reps, the point of the high reps is to help influence fat burn (remember this plan is about weight loss not muscle gain). Its a perfectly good plan that will give you a 6 pack, but i wouldnt advise following it if you weight train for muscle mass.
