My old MSI 7900GTO 512mb Only just fits in my case so will a new x2 card fit? I put Size in google but I just get how much memory they have.

As far as i know the new X2 is a similar size to the 8800GTX.

Here's a picture of the 8800GTX next to a 7900GTX (which i also believe is pretty much identical to your card?):

It's quite a bit bigger.

Infact, here's an 8800ultra (same length as the 8800GTX) next to the XT. They are the same length:

Aw. The best card I can fit in my case by the look of it is a 8800GS card

I also used to have that very same MSI 7900GTO which only just fit for me so I got this 8800 GT which is significantly shorter.
I'm not sure if there are any better cards than this which are short enough.

I measued my 7900GTO as 23cm and I just measured my Gigabyte turboforce GT and its 20cm.

If you have a GTO in there then a 8800GT / S will fit as its the same length

My friend has a 512MB GTS and it is about 2cm ish longer than my 7900GTO was.
