Opinions On This Watch

not sure re that watch but I have a clock which sets itself from the time signal and in France and Spain it still receives the UK signal and the time reverts back

Last time I saw so many numbers on something I was looking through a Phone-Book. What the hell do they all do?

Yep :D

seriously though, it caught my eye in town the other day. Advertised at £350 I thought that was a good price for a watch like that with so many features. Just wondered what others thought of it :)

My cousin has the titanium version of that watch. Apparently very good watches, the numbers around the edges are a slide rule, you can use it to calculate all kinds of stuff if you don't have an electronic calculator.

Apparently lots of pilots use watches with this stuff round the edges, like Breitlings etc if they have more money.

Surely as far as watches are concerned this is mainly down to personal preference? For instance, i like minimalist dials, without all the pointless blurb around the edges and multiple dial faces showing unimportant information. Personally, i think your watch choice is hideously over cluttered.

If you like it, get it, its your chioce :)

I still have a watch that cost me £25 from four-years ago. Not only does it still look good, it's got sentimental value too!

As Clinkz said; only your opinion matters on this, so you shouldn't really be asking.

think the colors are nice, and the general style of the watch...but there are wayyyy too many things on there :p

Watches are very subjective but may be worth having a look at the Casio waveceptors if you're not fussed about 'name value'

I just got one of these - excellent watch and love the fact you know it is always dead accurate..

the dial is cluttered because its a "pilots watch" the numbers are the slide rule which helps you calculate fuel useage, distance and speed. the ecodrives are very good watches for the price, ive got the blue angles version which isnt ecodrive or waveceptor that cost me £100

hmm, the one on ebay only has the 1 year warranty because they are not an authorised retailer.

Is it worth buying the watch from F Hinds jewellers for an extra £60 odd for the extra 4 years warranty?
