Some of you may remember a few months ago i started a revenge thread, well things between me and this other person have died down, but now I need some more advice...nothing too dangerous, just to get my own back.
This morning i was out in the fag shed and this guy ALWAYS drives up behind people and honks his horn. Normally doesn't bother me, but I was still half asleep and just about to take a sip of my hot chocolate when all of a sudden *BEEP* right behind me. I nearly spilt my chocolate all over me.

I was going to get some shrink wrap and do his car in a bit but just realise we are all out of that, anything else that I can do that WONT damage his car or make me liable for a crash?

I have about 400 cables ties if that helps??
 
Make a cable tie chain and stick one end on both of his wipers.

Or... Pop his bonnet and hit the horn with a large hammer. ;)
 
cable tie a condom to the exhaust of his car, or just attach loads to his handles if they're connected to the car at both ends, that would **** me off.

You don't need to worry about breaking his car, he won't be able to distinguish between what you've done and genuine Alfa breakage.
 
Steal his car whilst he's busy.

Take the car to a specialist garage to get the horn modified.

Change the horn sound to play "YMCA" whenever he presses it.

Return the car to his space and wait...
