i don't know if this can be done or not but i have an mp3 file that is just under 2hours long and its in 192kbs so is it possible to to fit this onto a CD that can be played on a standard CD player ?
You could download a little program called "mp3splt" it's a simple little command line tool. Just type in the timestamps for where you want to split and a filename to save it to. I've used this to split radio shows that i've recorded to mp3 so I could burn them to cdrw's.
