Looks quite interesting, much like gametap it uses adverts to supply revenue to the music companies based on how many times a song is downloaded and/or played.

I'm not happy about this and to me it demonstrates that the record labels just don't 'get' the 'problem'.

And WMA's? That's pretty much doomed in until they get mp3's at least.
