Radeon HD 3870 X2 - watercooling?

Is it possible to watercool Radeon HD 3870 X2? I have ZALMAN Reserator Plus 1 version. Do I just get 2 VGA Heatsinks?

Nobody really knows yet, one of the articles touched on watercooling but they only came to the conclusion one of the swiftech vga blocks might\should fit it. THey never mentioned any other waterblocks.

They dont say it will definately fit so its touch and go if that block theyre waffling about will fit.

Surely you'd need a block that cover the chip in the middle that handles the crossfire stuff?

Maybe a heatsink would be good enough though.

That link says it produces very little heat so I'd say it would be fine so long as there is some airflow in your case
