does snoring indicate a state of deep deep sleep?

I was calling my mother for 15 minutes and decided to put things on her like casettes, cd's, glasses, cutlery, some toys....

got bored so decided to make her a quick vid to show her how bad she is. please note the sound is really quiet - you can actually hear her through my bedroom floorboards and they arent thin....

oh dear mother...

No I've read that snorers are actually some of the worst sleepers and often don't get the full nourishing effect of sleep.

P.S. Stacking things on your sleeping mother will bring bad Karma.....stop it.
