What was that exercise that someone mentioned (oddjob or morba?) about pushing on a weight that you cannot lift and then trying just above your 1RM and being able to have about 5-10% more power? I heard some people talking about it in the gym today and I said I had heard about it but I'd like to read up about it if poss - what would it be called?
Big leg day for me today, including 150kg squats x 8 with dropsets of 70 x 12! Eek! I can't walk. After doing calf raises and lunges I'm ****ed
