Lost new season 4 trailer

lost is getting a bit annoying? have i missed something somewhere along the lines?

what happened to the numbers?
what happened to the "monster"?

2 of the main bits of season 1 that got completely forgotten about in season 2 and 3, were they just making stuff up as they went along at the start? and have now changed it to suite there desired ending?

pfft, i still enjoy watching it but my god its silly
 
Just finished watching the first episode of season 4 now, what the hell was that?

I have never had trouble following lost before but i can say that after that hour i am well and truely lost :confused:

I know it will pick up and i still can't wait for the next episode,

Maybe they are so confident now that they don't need to grip people. they know people will watch anyway then just bring it together at the end of the season
 
No EP0 is a recap, ep1 is the continuation :)

LOL! What do you mean they forgot in season 2 and 3!?!? Season 2 is almost completely about the numbers and the 'monster' is seen constantly in season two and three!!

The numbers are an equation. The 'Vallenzetti Equation' to be exact. This equation denotes the end of the world due to man kind influence. The dharma initiative were based on the island and were experimenting to try and change said equation thus prolonging the life of the world!
 
first ep (the main one, not the recap) was amazing :) A few things answered (if you looked close enough ;) ) and so many more questions >.<

I couldn't get into heroes, i tried, i found lost>prison break>all

Lost and prison break are the only 2 things i have watched (and enjoyed) on tv
 
With regards to the numbers, there is still a lot of explanation required which I suspect we aren't going to get. Like how Hurley managed to win the lottery with them, why they were being transmitted in the first place and why those particular numbers had to be typed in, in the hatch.
 
Now I remember why this has to be (for me personally anyways) one of the greatest shows of all times.

As for the above mentioned numbers, I think they mean nothing at all - they are a placebo as it were. Just random numbers that were used to choose the inhabitants.

Hurley's money, the seat numbering of the people on the island etc.

Also the woman who jumped off the cliff who was at Hurleys original Mental Hospital, also why he was detained by Korean police on camera...and why he can speak Korean :p
