Gigabyte P35C-DS3R Exterme Problem!!

Got this mobo and tried to do Raid setup (Purple GSata Connection), but it just fried the SATA cable connector on both side ( Sata HDD / Mobo).

The Rest of the Spec;

Corsair HX 520W ATX2.2
Intel E4300
OCZ Platiunum Rev 2x1GB DDR2 RAM
2x200 WD HDD
Geforce 7300GT


In all my life, I never had this sort of extreme problem in my life. This is certainly getting RMA-d on Monday!!

Is this normal issue with Sata connection?

yep.

Should I RMA this or keep it. the other Sata slots seems to be working fine, the G-Sata on the Mobo is little burnt and the hdd sata connection is lstained with ittle burnt sata plastic, but the hdd is working and the mobo is working fine.

I'm just worried if this sort of thing happens or rare case!
