Thinking of getting the g/f a charm bracelet for her birthday as she found her old one the other day and was saying how nice it would be to get the charms cleaned and attached to a new bracelet.

Not knowing much about these things it seems the whole Tiffany thing is the de-facto standard... does anyone know much about them? would it be a good gift / is there a better one for the same kinda money?

Cheers
Sam

And you fell for it? Female Manipulation 1 - 0 Male Gullibility.

they are very overpriced but if thats what she wants then it doesnt matter imo, my missus has a few bits from them and loves them

I assume this is a silver one , if so she will need to clean it regularly

What ever you do, DO NOT TOUCH EBAY!! I tried to buy the GF one for Christmas and rather stupidly didnt do any research and ended up with a fake. Granted it was a very good one but if you look into Tiffany, you will see that at least 80% of the stuff on ebay is fake.

I got my money back luckily but you might not be so lucky. Stick to the proper online Tiffany shop!

thats pretty much what i figured... as with most things its all in the name, still if its decent quality i'm not too fussed.

and don't worry i'll be getting it direct, there are some things its just not worth getting on eBay

Got a nice Tiffany charm bracelet for the girl for Christmas, went down a treat. Not really my thing, but she loves it... Came to £120 from the Tiffany store on Bond Street. :)

it's even higher than that, Tiffany did some research and it was over 90% fake, not sure what happened but they were taking legal action against Ebay
