Beverley Minster...

i'm inclined to agree about image size it's a bit too big to take it all in :) Does look a nice building though, you should go inside and get some interior shots, those kind of buildings have even more stunning interior features, i'm right into church/cathedral interior shots at the moment.
 
On the contrary, I find it quite nice to actually see a photo with some detail in, 800px is brilliant at hiding blemishes. ;)

It probably helps that my screen is big enough to actually see it all at once. :p

On the actual picture, it's nice but I have a problem with the tower, it's leaning quite drastically (due to lens distortion?). :)
 
Was in beverley on Saturday but is was raining heavily, the minster is very nice did you by any chance get any shots from inside? That shot could make a nice black and white also :D at present i think it looks a bit washed out

Wish you had gotton a lot more pics of the place, caught some real detail of the architecture.

personal choice i guess, 2 mins to make a -2 then +2 exposure then HDR it and i did say HDR not my fav but as almost all add it to images i thought id "flick" one thru..

Eurgh, i thought people were moving away from HDR using a single jpg..
