Noisy damn eaters

Do you think it is impolite to tell someone that they eat like a dog? I'm seriously considering saying that to the guy sitting opposite me right now slurping his noodles and smacking his jowls together as he 'chews'. Jeez, I've seen pigs that eat more civilized than this guy.

Yeah terrible and once you notice it you can't help but watch and listen to their every move.

Say "really sounds like your enjoying that" as a subtle start.

The way your describing this bloke... Its like your sitting in my seat opposite my colleague who I can only describe as a Camel when he eats!.. and he's constantly eating!!!... All I can hear ALL DAY is "Chomp.. Chomp.. Smack.. Slurp.. Chomp..Slurp!" etc... Makes me want to reach through mine and his monitors.. grab him at the back of his head and slam it into the desk 3 or 4 times shouting "CAN'T YOU EAT QUIETLY YOU BLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!!!"... :mad:

my uncle eats like that, annoys the hell out of me, something as simple as eating toast somehow sounds like he's walking through sloppy mud during a thunderstorm. i occasionally tell him to close his mouth and not put so much effort into it but its only a slight change for the better.

My dad eats with his mouth open. It's so noisey and it's not polite either. Worse is when he burps gas out at night when watching TV, he just does it constantly for what seems like a never ending amount of time. It's distracting not to mention utterly disgusting.

my father-in-law eats like a pig, so much so that i cannot physically be in the same room as him when he eats. i've confronted him about it and all he does is laugh about it. the annoying thing is that while we were living with my in-laws (long and painful story) our children started copying him! ahhhhh

arghhhh, this is my pet hate, i INSTANTLY get furious when people eat like animals for no reason. Although, people making noise crunching things that cant be helped (like crisps) doesnt bother me at all, its just the people who cant eat properly, disgusting!
