I recieved a file off a person on my MSN list asking me to look a picture (of myself) it seems legit but it has cocked up my PC. It keeps also sending this file to other people on my contact list.

The process seems to be KHALMNPR.exe

My Firefox doesn't seem to work anymore as well as my PC running like a dog.

Can anyone recommend something to get rid?I've used Avast and CCLeaner but these haven't not removed it.

Thanks

it puzzles me how people get stung by these

just say in msn "are you actually sending me that"

Yeah whenever someone generically says:
"heres a funny picture"
"here is a silly picture of you"
etc... its pretty easy to get suspicious and just ask...

NOD32 should remove it from the infected box :)
FWIW, Avast doesn't even blink at this one, but is caught by AVG (Unfortunately it doesn't want to remove it). Make of that what you will, but have moved the parents boxes onto AVG.
