Hoover at 3 in the morning.
Hoover at 3 in the morning.

hehe.He barged in and pushed me over (he's 6'3" or so, I'm only 5'10", and weigh a lot less. Also, my keyboard was out of reach.)
"you dont know who you're dealing with. Don't ******* mess with me!" He said.
I've sent a email off to the cab with a bit more detail. Their phones aren't open atm. I'm about to leave the house and phone local coppers.
What can I do atm? Obviously I want to spend as little time here as possible, and I want to recoup as much money as possible for the time I have remaining. And cause maximum hassle to this flaming moron.
i never complain about mess... it doesnt seem to bother me at all....even if theres mould in cups etc
Got a contract?
If you have one then you can stir some real **** up for your landlord.
IF not. Why not? It just gives him an excuse to be a pain.
I hope your rent is cheap and that your next place will be nicer for you!
No, I didn't give her a key. He just made a jibe about getting her one as she was around for three nights in four.
He has already flat refused any sort of lock saying 'that will never happen'.
I haven't ever brought anyone round except my partner.
Another thing I'm a bit miffed about is nowhere to dry clothes. I have to keep the clothes horse in my room, making it quite cramped, and the air a bit damp. There is a perfectly suitable place, out of the way, in the kitchen/dining area, but he wrote me another note to say that isn't allowed.
Err and you've put up with this for so long without having serious words with him because...?
hehe you need to get the key cut, put the address on it and give it to a random that looks shifty. he'll know what to do.
because it's like talking to a wall. everything ends up with 'it's my house, my rules.'
to the comments about contracts:
lodgers can have contracts/licenses, but they are pretty worthless tbh.
When I left, he was on the phone to someone. I suspect checking out his rights and situation. I just received an apologetic text message from him. I think he is quite scared about the precariousness of his position.
your land lord is 40 and single yes?
