Wax I used was Collinite Marque D'Elegance. Quality stuff! Next mod on my list if I ever save the cash, a nice 6-pot front brake conversion to really fill behind the wheels. :) mmmm!

Thanks!

I clicked on this thread expecting to see a swirlmarked old Fiesta covered in water but that was a nice suprise - very tidy, very nice job and nice car :)

nice work mate :) Can i ask what you use on the zorst? Mine seems to have some black speccles left on it even though it's only 2 months old!

Tom.

Looking good mate, i use the same collinite wax and its superb, i did mine in september, and have covered well over 12k miles in that time, and the water still beads like a good un.

What kind of power are you running to need 6 pots? the brakes of a Focus ST might be a cheaper upgrade? they stop my beast well enough:p

Wanting 6pots to fill the gap in your wheels is about the lamest reason ever, go drink some more Vpower!

Still, very nice job on the car. I really like the fez ST, it just seems a cool little car.

Thanks guys. :) Glad people like the end result.

Tom, I use a couple of things really mate.

EDIT: Right, I used this stuff for ovens and stuff. It's like a mutli-purpose thing (says you can use it on gold, silver, chrome, etc etc). Bought it from Woolworths iirc. Pound Stretcher and stuff do it as well. It's called "Doktor Power - Super Cleaning Treatment". It's like a sponge applicator which you dip in some water, work around the paste and scrub it on. Brings off all the black cr*p which is stuck to the exhaust.

I then used AutoSol to finish the metal to a nice shine.

EDIT2: Think it's from or by JML mate.

looks nice

shame about the accident with a line painter -.-

Cheers, aye you either like them or hate them. :) Some people on the owners club have their ST's naked. Looks nice as well.

Good to hear, you got to love that beading action. lol.

Yeah like I say, the 6-pots were cheaper than 4-pots. But I was considering to get the JamSport Supercharger kit fitted at some point. Gives just over 200bhp so the 6-pots would be nice. hehe. Who knows!

Yeah she's not bad. Some quicker hot hatches out now but with a few choice mods you can see 180-190bhp pretty easily. So it's no slouch! But there were other reasons for the 6-pots than just looks. ;) I didn't mention when I first posted but they maybe for if I ever get the Supercharger kit. Lol if I were just going for looks I'd do the simple and cheaper 300mm upgrade.

Thanks everyone.

When you brake the thing will flip with 6 pots! I guess in the scheme of things, bigger brakes are always a good thing. I'm going to get 282mm prelude brakes stuck on the teg, the 260mm ones are a bit lame!

Hahaha I hope not. Yeah, sounds cool man. Should be a nice mod for you. You going to do it yourself?
