Great Co-operative Xbox and 360 Games?

I've just finished playing through Halo 3 with my nephew, who I babysit regularly, on the 360. Now I need another game to keep us occupied. Single player games and ones where we face each other don't work well with him. I've also played through the older Halo games to death so don't want to buy them again.

Any recommendations?
 
Thanks for suggestions, I don't think any of them are suitable though. He is only 8 years old. I know Halo 3 is a 15 but it's nothing he can't handle.

I should have mentioned that these need to be able to be played on a single 360, and if Xbox originals then they need to work on the 360.
 
thought about xbox live arcade games?

Aegis Wing - Free and only available in the US, but if you set up a US gamertag, you can download it and use it on any tag :)
Undertow - also free. This was the game MS gave everyone for free to say sorry for Live being so flakey over christmas
Heavy Weapon - pretty addictive also :)
