Who's up for a pay rise this year?.

Well the time is nearly upon me for my yearly review and possibly a pay rise of 3% if I'm lucky which is cack I know but it could be worse. So who will be getting a rise and what % will that be? and is it better than last year?
 
im getting a 3% pay rise but there stopping my company pension which was 9% from them so its like a 6% pay cut lol.They dont seem to understand whats wrong ,they think we should be happy about it.
 
I got an individual 10% (almost, think it was about 9.41) last month, and am putting together a plan for getting another percentage when the annual payrise review comes round :)

Its about time I got something. Don't think I've had over 2% for a long time.
 
Around 3% I reckon, and a nice bonus as well that we get around July for some reason.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I'm gonna wait for my bonus in March possible 1k+ and then look around for something that pays better. At the mo 17k plus bonus is o.k but I'm getting married at the end of the year and want to build an extension on the house and get a new car at some point as well so more money is always going to be a plus. 3% raise isn't going to cover all that.:p
