"Ordered to serve a minimum of seventeen years..." does not mean that he'll be out in half that time; it means min' seventeen years.
Still not long enough imo.
that isnt really punishment is it, i mean i know they will be dead, but thats the easy way out, spending time in jail, where they dont get it easy like they do now would the answer.
i dont see why they should get life and only serve 12 years, that is NOT life!
Personally I would say it was justice.
This arguement goes round and round on here tbh, but I'm still of the opinion that if the killers are of sound mind and they admit it and there is definate proof that they murdered then they should be executed.
but he wouldnt have been exicuted for assult. but i agree he shouldnt have been bailed. this place is far to soft on people like this

When the other lags have done with them going in clink thinking they are so tough they will have thought they had served 12 years for every year they do. They should all be given to big hairy lifers who have had no female contact for a long time. But as in all things justice wise these days they will probably recieve therapy from a do too much good social worker and get early release.
Yeah Stinky i didnt mean exicute him for that, but if we did get harsher with criminals then these kinda things may not happen.
Dont know much about these things but some of the middle easten laws seam good like chopping of hands and that from thefts.
The punishment should fit there crime in my eyes, you murder you get killed. you rape someone Bubba comes along with his tub of vasaline for you.

Life for a life t.b.h or maybe the family directly affected should hand out the punishment, not some old doddering stuck up judge.
So now the taxpayer has to foot the bill for 3 scumbag killers to sit in jail, living the life of riley untill their life sentence expires, U.K. F.T.W.
