Weekend Football *SPOILERS* 9-11 February

Lies. I saw you on the 360 at 2pm yesterday

Taken from Consoles: (My gamertag is on auto sign-in).
I lent my mate my Xbox360 and Mass Effect and he put 11 hours into it within 24 hours :p. Excellent game so far.

Do I have to take a photo of me with my scarf to prove a point? :p
Edit: Aww balls, I've left my scarf on the bus, bloody typical. I have the Sheffield Wednesday program thing as I bunged that in my pocket with the cover letter.

Im still trying to recover from yesterday (and not from getting drunk) - Im absolutely gutted

I cant comment on much because I didnt feel like watching MotD after hearing the radio commentary (which was bad enough)

2 stupidly given away goals (heard the 2nd was a bit of a fluke off Benji's shoulder) but either way well played to City, they wanted the three points a lot more it seemed

Welbeck should have at least been on the bench, I mean when a leading team have no forward changes to make- thats just shocking

Well done to Carrick for at least getting one back, even if it was only a consolation in injury time (whether we truelly deserved it is another matter)

Anderson and Tevez seemed to put in a lot of effort, and Vidic seemed a lot better than most of the others but still a little shaky (maybe because Rio had a seriously off day)

If this costs us the title I will be really *****

There are twelve games to go, and its not really the "big" teams that Im concerned about, its the Wigans, Derby's etc where we give away silly points

Who knows this could lead onto a run of twelve premiership wins (you can always hope)

Yes the majority of the team played badly, at least it doesnt happen that often (still too frequently though)

Man United are usually strongest at this time of year with Arsenal the weakest. Some some stats on SkySports about February time of season and Man United won all but one game I believe out of about 10 over several seasons. This is usually the time of season where Man United put together a good run of results.

After Sunday and a good arse roasting off Fergie, I can see them putting together some powerful performances now.

I wish I could share your confidence :p

Interesting stat regarding Rooney:

With him:
Played 16
Won 13
Lost 0
Scored 41

Without him:
Played 10
Won 5
Lost 4
Scored 9

Its not just the fact were without Rooney specifically. Its the fact without him, were often without a striker period, or at best have one up front.
Not buying a striker in January was terrible management imo. Sure its not the ideal period but under the circumstances it was necessary.

Only hope I see for Blackburn is to attack Arsenal otherwise they'll get dominated. If they are struggling at half time they should get Roberts on ASAP to ruffle a few feathers.

Not a fantastic team. I'm guessing that Tugay will make way just after half time for Mokoena and I wouldn't be surprised if Rigters came on for Berner. Theres a lot of quality in the Arsenal side tonight and usually id kick myself for writing us off before the match. Tonight however...

Goddamnit, went into the front room and whacked Sky Sports on. What numpty decided Sentata should show the game tonight :(
