NBC's superhero series Heroes is expected to stay off air in the US until autumn for that reason.
Fox thriller 24, starring Kiefer Sutherland as agent Jack Bauer, is now scheduled to begin in January 2009 so that all 24 episodes can be shown in full.

well thats my years tv ruined...:(

Already knew no 24 till '09

Now TV is officialy dead.

Prison Break finishes next week, only thing I got left to watch is last few eps of Terminator and X-Files :|

Gutted about Heroes beging delayed
However, I think now is the time for everyone to discover other great shows that aren't new and rent from Lovefilm, buy box sets etc.

I loved The Wire and Weeds, awaiting season 2 of both of those

Season 2 of Weeds is even better than 1. :D

Arrested Development is also a great overlooked series!

On the upside, it gives them more time to sort it out. 24 was dire towards the end of the last season IMO, was happy to have finished the predictable and tiring season.

Kring will use the time well for Heroes I think, plus we've got the spin-off series for that due at some point too... unless that's affected as well?

This sucks so bad, can't believe they have delayed 24. I'm watching season 2 right now though lol. So basically this year TV is going to be very crap, until shows like heroes, the unit, dexter start airing again.
