Why are UFOs always discs?!

A disc is quite a good shape to fly through atmospheres. In space a sphere is most optimal, and if you want to force regular ectilinear geometry a sphere.

Since these UFO don't technically fly, they hover, they don't need wings for lift and have the potential to move in any direction.

Your problem is that the supposed UFO's are different shapes? Why does the shape of it have any relevance to the likelyhood of it being real?

Because there are 1000's of different shapes which makes it more unbelievable.
We now have an alien shape after 50 years which is the Grey and alien spotters tend to only see a Grey now.
Another 50 years and people might see the same shaped spaceship too.

I'm a little confused with this post, are you saying that because spotters now only tend to see the same type of grey alien its more believable? or less?
