Who makes jokes?

It doesn't really take too much to create a joke. Most jokes are spur of the moment comments which obviously wouldn't work in text.

A sharp wit muscle is all that is needed.
 
I'll have to consult with my union. They mentioned getting paid for downloading but nothing about uploading.

one day 3 babies were craling in down town new york when one baby said "ey goish, ya wanna hit bobs bar? dere's a guy I need ta shpeak too."
"awright bwosh" the other 2 babies exclaimed and they proceeded to bobs bar, a 10 minute crawl away.

once they entered they could see a tall man playing 9 ball at the table. the baby boss crawled up to the man and tugged his leg.

"hey.... hey fatty down here. where's my money!"
the man, a good 6'3, stood tall to the baby and said "stfu noob"
the baby stared at him wide eyed......
"w t f (in letters)" said the baby

the room fell silent. the baby boss stood up on his 2 feet and said "ya pieshe ah dieper **** I'll show you who the **** is the noob!"
and shot the man in the testicles.
the man died.
the end.
