just curious as to how everyones speeds are today?


mines seem spot on for a change(unusual)

cant complain been rock solid since i got up this morning normally i'm as you are today

wonder if somethings been changed
 
I'm only on the 4MB but it's running at full speed.

Downloaded about 5GB from yesterday afternoon and didn't get capped. Full speed all the way.

Have they lifted the cap in some area's or do the only use the cap when they have congestion?

All that info is on the VM site for all to see.

The service went downhill after NTL merged with TW-BY then took on the VM name (they aint part of virgin).
 
i'm assuming if the throttling started at 4:45 i can happily max out the 5 meg available to me and then come 9:45 it will jump back up to 20 meg?
 
Your upload is now reduced and counted in the STM from last month or so.

So its now 4pm to 9pm with upload inc instead of 4pm to 12am without upload inc.

Far cry from the unlimited/unmetered 10meg I had that worked at 10meg 99.9% of the time, till NTL took over and oversubscribed my UBR with new customers then dumbly gave upgrade to 20meg.

You are too lazy to go and read the VM site and ask others to post info thats there, then you insult others who help you.

If you do not know what STM is go and read up and get a clue.

You cant even post this thread in the proper section as a Mod had to move it).

No, your posting was abusive, you asked for info that you were too lazy to go and get for yourself and I kindly gave you it.

Now get over the fact you are in the wrong with where you posted it, the fact you dont have a clue what STM (it is all over the VM site) is or the fact you insult me after I give out help.

So dont try make me look the baddy here, your the one who started the "WTF" posts claiming it was not in English.

Any more crap I hit the report button and dont think starring out swearing to me makes it okay.

I strongly advise you read the URL Duke posted even though he has done all the work for you.
