and for the record the answer to my question isnt on the VM website

if you'll please re-read i asked if "i can happily max out the 5 meg available to me and then come 9:45 it will jump back up to 20 meg"

VM only state your capped for 5 hours but i'll be using more than 3gig between now and 9 oclock
