OK a guy at my work is trying to find a place that sells cardboard things that let you carry 4 beers at a time one handed eg

He found this place here:

...but they are mad expensive.

Does anyone know any other companies that sell these things?

(sorry bit of a longshot posting this in an overclocking forum but he is desperate :))

make one?

piece of wood/plastic with 4 holes, and 2 pieces of string to carry it, easy as

He needs a few thousand and branded to boot, so making them would be a bit tricky :p

I tried googling for "beer carrier one-handed" but it seems these potabottle guys have some sort of monopoly :(

these are a godsend at gigs, i think last time I saw the who in northhampton was when I had one of these genius things last. Brilliant, you don't miss part of the gig going to the beer tent.

if he's buying that many surely he'll get a discount? or are they a bulk supplier anyway?

Well it's the best suggestion I've had so far :)

Will send it across to him and see what he thinks...

(basically we're sponsoring a pub tent at the Cheltenham Festival and are looking for ideas of cool stuff we can hand out to people)

Have you looked at the fold out card wine bottle holders you can get in supermarkets to carry 6 bottles? Designed for wine but I use them to hold bottles of ale, they look about the right size for pints too.
