Few Shots of The golf after being highly Cleaned this weekend

how hard is it to use an electric buffer?

takes a lot of practise, you can burn straight thru the paintwork in seconds LOL

They are not cheap, here a good starter one i would recommend
http://www.gpwizard.co.uk/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=219

something like i suggested is a little more forgiving and easier to practise that will remove swirls no problem and bring the paintwork alive back to showroom condtion more or less. There has been a few posts before about detailing on this forum and people using PC's and what they are capable of doing.

some good kits on cleanyourcar aswell i would recommend something like

Menzerna RD3.02
Menzerna 85RD
Lake Country CCS Light Cut Pads
Lake Country CCS Polishing Pads
and Poorboys Super Thick & Plush Towel

p.s. get some Autoglym Metal Polish for that exhaust LOL

After a bit of practise you should be looking at getting results like this;

mmmm not really that i am aware of to be honest to rent but to pay someone to do a detail for you with a pc and the correct compounds you are talking about some serious coinage a lot more than 129.99 if you serious about it i would look into it. As above you can see what a PC can do with practise and you got RED car best colour personally.

And set aside a good 8 - 10hrs to do the job lol

Dont you know anyone who got one, that how i get mine done pay in pints.
